　　注意事项:1、反光镜要固定在导轨的滑块上，固定要牢固(用橡皮泥固定)。

　　五、校正平面度。

创盈彩网址　　1)、把观察镜调成与导轨平行的方向。数值变化为逆时针为负，顺时针为正。绿色十字线高于基线说明这点高。绿十字线低于基线说明这点低。

1) Adjust the observation mirror to be parallel to the guide rail. The value changes counterclockwise to negative and clockwise to positive. The green cross line above the baseline indicates a high point. The green cross below the baseline indicates a low point.

创盈彩网址　　2)、导轨分段，导轨上面有螺栓孔，两个螺栓孔之间为一段，这样导轨就分成几段。把反光镜移动到靠近光管的那一段上面，调整绿十字线和基线重合，刻度调成0.把这个段作为基准段。

Move the reflector to the section closest to the light tube, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, and adjust the scale to 0. Use this section as the reference section.

　　3)、反光镜移动到下一段，调整绿十字线和基线重合，看刻度，把数值记录下来，依次到一段。

　　4)、开始调整导轨的螺栓，原则是那个点高就紧螺栓，低则松螺栓。5)、重复以上的调试过程，直到调到公差范围即可(0.003mm)。

　　六、校正直线度。

　　1)、把观察镜调成与导轨垂直。数值变化为逆时针为正，顺时针为负。绿色十字线在基线的右侧说明这点高。绿十字线在基线的左侧说明这点低。
