直线导轨发生磨损，将会导致导轨失效，必须更换新的直线导轨，否则将会严重影响到机械设备的生产效率，更有甚者会造成设备的损坏。所以我们在日常的工作中，应当仔细分析直线导轨产生磨损的各种原因，这样才能找到针对直线导轨的磨损解决方案。

1、当有异物进入到了密封不严的直线导轨内部后，将会与润滑油混合在一起，从而造成滑块内部沟槽堵塞，或者直接对直线导轨内部造成损伤。
