一、产品结构:ii型滑触线由导轨、护套、集电极、吊架、连接器、固定夹、端盖等组成。膨胀段(热补偿装置)、检修段(隔离器)也可根据用户要求配置。

2. 导轨及护套:导轨为铝合金型材,导电性好,对环境适应性强(6063,T5)。导轨下部嵌在“V”型不锈钢槽中,保证了集刷器沿槽的耐磨性、稳定性和良好的接触性。导轨一般固定尺为6米。护套采用工程塑料,具有韧性、耐磨性、抗老化性、阻燃性,对导轨有良好的绝缘保护,确保人身。

7. 吊具、固定装置及端盖:吊具是提升、固定滑轨导轨的专用部件。固定装置是将导轨限制在支撑装置内,当导轨因温度变化而膨胀时,将其引导到固定装置两侧的延伸部分。端盖安装在导轨两端,用于绝缘保护。吊架和端盖采用工程塑料制造。
7. Spreader, fixing device and end cover: spreader is a special part for lifting and fixing slide rail. The fixing device is to limit the guide rail to the supporting device, and guide the guide rail to the extension part on both sides of the fixing device when the guide rail expands due to the temperature change. The end cover is installed at both ends of the guide rail for insulation protection. The hanger and end cover are made of engineering plastics.
